Oasis First Minting Event
Hey Natives,
Welcome to the first ever NFT Minting Event in Oasis.
Everyone that gathers here today will experience history in the making as you will be among the first Natives to have a special avatar. Thank you all for being with us on this journey and together we will grow stronger and better.
OG NFT winners will be able to mint one of these two NFTs. The NFT minted will be random.
Winners of the Beta Testing will be able to mint either their option of a male or female avatar. Unfortunately, the selection that you have given to our admin previously has been locked down and you will not be able to change your choice.Last but not least, the winner of our Halloween Event will be able to mint the Pumpkin Head NFT.
The minting will begin at 14:00 UTC 1st November 2021.
Please note that you will only be able to mint 1 NFT for each event you have won.
Keep in mind that the NFTs will be minted as ERC-1155 tokens which means you will not be able to see it in your wallet or trade it on other secondary marketplaces. You will have to wait for AGORA (our NFT marketplace) to be live before you can trade the NFTs. Any NFTs you see on other markets are a scam.
Please note that we are not mobile compatible yet. Please use a computer for the optimal experience. There are features that will not be accessible on a mobile.
Here is a list of all the winners of the different events. Please double check which event you won.
Below is a guide to show the steps on “Minting NFTs in the Oasis Metaverse”
Step 1 — Go to projectoasis.io. Click on the ‘Hello! Click me to play the game’ text box.
Step 2 — Select your desired server. It is recommended to select one with less people in it so that it won’t be as packed.
Step 3 — Choose your desired wallet. We recommend Metamask as Trust Wallet might be slightly unstable on Oasis.
Step 4 — Connect your Metamask wallet. Make sure that it is on Binance Smart Chain. Click on “Sign” to authorize that you are the owner of the wallet.
Step 5 — Move towards the bottom of the map and the NFT Minting Machine will be on your left.
Step 6 — Click on the NFT Minting Machine.
Step 7 — Click on the Banner of the Event that you won and you can see the details there. For this minting session, the price for all of the NFTs will be 0 OASIS tokens as they are free. Click on “Mint”.
Step 8 — Click on “Confirm”. A metamask prompt will appear. Click on “Confirm”. The transaction will require a small amount of BNB for gas.
Step 9 — Once you’re done with the minting, press the “i” key on your keyboard to open up the inventory page. You should be able to see your NFT in the inventory and you will be able to equip it.
