Hello there, Natives!

We’re kicking off the start of OASIS Diaries with our Oasis World Map concept art.

We envision Oasis to be a vast land filled with different sights, sounds and experiences. As a metaverse, Oasis is meant to be explored, with many surprises and hidden gems waiting for you to discover in each area.

The Four Lands of Oasis

The world of Oasis is divided into four lands. Each land being under the influence of the four different elements, namely Fire🔥, Nature🍃, Wind💨, and Water💧.

Each land has a totally different interpretation. The elements in each land strongly impacts and gives rise to distinct cultures, buildings, architecture and geographical features in the area.

For example, we have houses in the mountains for the Land of Wind, and even underwater abodes in the Land of Water.

Unique Elemental Combinations at the Border of Neighboring Lands

The area between two different lands is where two different elements interact to combine into a different elemental feature — Fire and Water becomes Sand, Water and Nature becomes Moss, Nature and Wind becomes Stone, Wind and Fire becomes Lightning. These special areas at the borders will also sport their own unique geographical features.

So Where Are We Now?

Currently, the area where Natives spawn in the game sits in the center of the world map. It is home to the Yggdrasil, the tree of life, which imparts knowledge and wisdom to those who seek it, and whose fruits heals the wounded.
